Bad Debtor Information Sources
JTL Tracers utilizes extraordinary information sources and do not make use of credit bureaus for information purposes. Do not request a home address, as we cannot guarantee this. We trace for work only purely because our information sources is above standard and we can and do guarantee traces for 60 days.
Work Details
JTL Tracers provides tracing services, which caters for work addresses only. The trace package includes: employer, employer address, employer contact details, occupation of debtor and personnel number (if available).
Reports
Trace reports is sent to our clients on a daily basis and is done via e-mail.
Volumes
The minimum instructions accepted per batch are 100 and JTL Tracers cannot make any exceptions, due to agreements with stake holders and existing clients.
Invoicing & Terms
Invoicing is done with every report JTL Tracers sends to its clients and is payable within 5 working days from date of invoice.
Collection & Service Fees
Tracing fees are negotiable according to volumes.
