JTL Tracers CC Services keep their customers up-to-date with regular progress reports on all cases.
Measure our Progress
Results on instructions is reported on a continuous basis and we aim at a turnaround time for first results within a 48-hour time frame.
Invoices
All invoicing are processed either on a weekly basis or on the 20th of each month and all invoices are thus payable either weekly or before the end of the same month according to our mutual agreement.
Settlement
JTL Tracers CC Services do not charge customers in advance and in return request payment on invoicing.
