To get access to our people tracing services is a very simple process with no initial cost attached. We only get paid once we are successful in our tracing efforts.
Step 1
Send a short cover letter on your official letterhead via email. The letterhead assists us to create your database record and details.
Step 2
Indicate the tracing service or debt collection services required to satisfy your needs.
Step 3
With your tracing instruction we only need an ID Number, Name and Surname on an Excel compatible spreadsheet (no detailed case-information history).

Invoicing & Terms
Invoicing is done with every report JTL Tracers sends to its clients and is payable within 5 working days from date of invoice.
Collection & Service Fees
The average fee is R200.00 and can be negotiated according to volumes.
